Dr. Kong Phang Hing graduated from National Chung Hsing University in Taiwan and he had obtained his Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine degree.
Over the years, he has remained actively involved in frontline clinical work, accumulating extensive experience in both medical and surgical practice. His areas of expertise include critical care, chronic diseases, oncology, cardiology, orthopedics and ligament surgeries. He is also well‑versed in using advanced imaging techniques to support the assessment of complex cases.
Known for his steady medical skills and meticulous clinical judgment, he excels in managing complex cases that require in‑depth analysis. He is able to make precise decisions and formulate appropriate treatment plans even in severe or rapidly changing conditions.
